It’s a good idea to ask your driving instructor any questions you may have about the lesson or their qualification.
Some questions you may ask your instructor:
- are they a fully licensed driving instructor?
- do they design each lesson with the learner driver and their supervising driver?
- do they have supporting education materials to give students?
- do they teach safe (low-risk) driving?
- are they a member of an association with a Code of Practice?
- is the training one-on-one?
- is there a choice of vehicle?
- do they use the ‘Beyond Test Routes’ program to teach low-risk driving skills?
